We’re waving what on Palm Sunday?

 

Peace, friends. Every year on Palm Sunday, many faith communities will gather Palm Branches and wave them in remembrance of Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. On Sunday March 29, in place of palm branches, we will use some urgently needed items identified by our neighbours at Marillac Place in Kitchener for the young mothers who reside there and the families in their aftercare programme. 

 

The textiles and other items (new items only please) that they specifically need are  

 

Disposable diapers size 4,5 and 6
Disposable baby wipes
Baby diaper cream
Baby shampoo and soap
Good quality teething toys
Baby socks
Baby receiving blankets
Baby sleepers – all sizes

 

Please bring as many of these items as you wish to the worship service on March 29.  They will all be greatly appreciated.
